Deliveries

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK, Europe, and internationally.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders that are in stock within 2 working days. UK orders will generally take approximately 3-4 working days to be delivered from the point of dispatch. If there is any unavoidable delay with dispatching your order within 5 working days then we will contact you by email to let you know. Please note that whilst we make every effort to ensure speedy dispatch and delivery, during busier times, orders may occasionally take a few days longer to be delivered.

International deliveries are subject to variation in delivery timescales and may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. International deliveries are also subject to Customs and Import Duties which may delay the delivery of the order further until payment is received.

Returns

How long do I have to return my order?

You may return your order at any time within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the goods have to be returned in an unworn/perfect condition with all labels intact for a refund to be processed. Return postage and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order you will be required to notify us of your intent to cancel in writing within 5 working days and you will be required to return the items back to us, with the customer responsible for the return costs.

When and how will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your item back, we will issue a refund against the original method of payment. You should receive a refund within 10 working days of posting the order back to us. Please contact us for assistance if there are any issues with your refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges on unsuitable items. If you are unsure of which colour or style to order we suggest you contact us first for advice and/or return any unwanted items to us in unworn/perfect condition for a refund within 14 days.

What happens if I haven’t received my parcel?

Please contact us if you are based in the UK and have not received your parcel within 10 working days.
